A listing video from the photos you already have.
Upload the listing photos in walkthrough order, name each room, pick a voice. SceneRender writes the script, moves the camera through each room, adds captions, room labels and your agent card, and gives you a vertical cut for TikTok, Reels and Shorts and a landscape one for the listing page and YouTube.
Welcome tokens on sign-up to try the studio; a first listing video is a few dollars. No card needed to sign up.
Four steps. The studio does the rest.
- 1
The facts
Address, price, beds, baths, square feet, and the agent’s name, brokerage and phone. They go on the title card and the closing card, so they are never wrong in the voice-over.
- 2
The photos, in order
Front of the home first, then the walk a buyer would take: entry, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, outdoors. One photo is one scene; three kitchen photos in a row means more time in the kitchen. Name each room — the name is shown on screen.
- 3
The script and the voice
The studio writes a script that matches the photos, one line per scene, and you can change any line. Pick a voice. Captions are on, because most people watch with the sound off.
- 4
Make my video
One button makes the narration, the scenes and the video, then the other cut. Add music, fades or an intro on the Finish page if you want them, and download both cuts.
Two cuts, ready to post.
Vertical, 9:16
For TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts: 30–60 seconds, captions on, the price and facts on the first frame, one clear next step at the end (“DM me for a private tour”, the open house, or your number).
Landscape, 16:9
For the listing page, the MLS, YouTube and email: 60–90 seconds, the same scenes with room to breathe. Download it as an MP4 and upload it wherever the listing lives.
Your card, on every video
A closing card with your photo, name, brokerage, phone and email, with the brokerage lines your office requires. Set once; on every listing after that.
A few dollars a listing. No subscription.
A narrated listing video with the agent intro and music is about 350–450 tokens. The Starter bundle is $10 for 1,000 tokens — about two videos — and the bigger bundles bring it under $4 a video. Tokens don’t expire. See the bundles →
Straight answers.
- Do I need to film anything?
- No. The video is made from the listing photos you already have. If you do want a real sweep through a room, you can add a short, steady phone video and it plays as filmed.
- Does it change the home?
- No. Only the camera moves. The studio works out what is near and far in each photo so a pan or push-in has depth, but nothing in a room is redrawn, added or removed. What a buyer sees is the photo.
- How long does it take?
- About ten minutes of yours: facts, photos in walkthrough order, a room name on each, pick a voice, read the script. Then one button makes the narration, the scenes and both cuts while you do something else.
- Can I change the script?
- Yes. The studio writes it from your photos and the facts; you can edit any line before the narration is made, and make a line again if you change it later.
- What about my photos' copyright?
- You need the right to use the photos. Your own, your brokerage's, or your photographer's under the licence they gave you. Photos taken from another listing or a portal are not yours to use, and the studio asks you to confirm this.
- What does it cost?
- A narrated listing video with the agent intro and music is about 350–450 tokens. On the $10 Starter bundle that is about two videos; on the Studio bundle it is under $4 a video. Every cost is shown before it is spent, and there is no subscription.
